Teresa Khanna
Teresa, the Principal Broker/Owner of T.Y. Realty Inc. is very enthusiastic about real estate and connecting with with people while assisting them with their home purchase, sale, or other real estate needs.With twenty-three years of knowledge, her diverse experience brings so much to each individual and their needs, whether its a first time home buyer or an experience investor, Teresa is ready to give the consulting advise that is needed. Teresa has been in Forest 1999 and loves the southwest Virginia area. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, kayaking/paddle boarding at the lake, yoga, and long walks with her best buddie, Sailor.
Teresa has experience working in all aspects of the real estate industry from financing, commercial financing to all property types, especially residential sales. A small family operation with her husband Yesh Khanna, a loan officer and mortgage broker with T.Y. Mortgage. Their two daughters Salina and Sonya are also part of the TY Team.
Dave Casper
Raised in Central Virginia, Dave graduated from Central Virginia Community College and Liberty University with degrees in Communication Design, Business Management and Fine Arts.

As the owner of Caspian Inc., here in Virginia, and New Flower Inc., in California, Dave brings us his business experience in commercial leases, project management and contractual negotiations. He has also been an active investor in land, residential housing and rental properties. Dave wants to bring his experience to the public forefront in order to help people ascertain their goals and dreams with their own real estate ventures.
Dave also has experience consulting with business owners regarding operations, business location and expansion. He brings a multifaceted resume of experience to our brokerage and we are excited to have him on our staff. He is a proud veteran, a father and grandfather. He works with and supports Roads to Recovery and The National Suicide Prevention Foundation; he loves helping and serving others.
When Dave isn’t working with his business and real estate endeavors he loves to be outdoors in nature, kayaking, fishing and biking; he is also a great cook!

Salina Khanna
Raised in Forest, moved back to southwest Virginia to join the family business. She formally studied Political Science at George Mason & Virginia Tech and came back home to welcome her nephew into the world and be near family.

Salina lived abroad in Colombia and speaks Spanish. She enjoys dancing, reading, and exploring new places. She teaches yoga and works with herbal medicine in her spare time. She raises livestock and farms vegetables with her partner, Mitchell, in Amherst.
She considers it a pleasure and an honor to work alongside her broker/mother, Teresa. She loves learning with her Team TY colleagues and believes they are creating a dynamic group to serve the Lynchburg community and surrounding areas. She tries language learning from her clients (Spanish, Italian, Hindi) to serve a diverse and broad range of people. Her education in English as a Second Language offers an opportunity to assist those who speak English as a foreign language. She is currently working in residential real estate, commercial, investment properties as well as land sales.
